TS government in a statement said that holidays are being given from 26th September to 9th October (15 days). As a result educational institutions will reopen on October 10. And the government has decided on 5th October as Dussehra festival. This time schools and colleges have been given huge holidays for Durga Devi Navratri festival (Dussehra).

Dussehra holds the first place among the most celebrated festivals in Telangana. That's why they have announced holidays for schools and colleges in advance. Also, many state governments have already announced holidays for schools, colleges and government offices.
